The Finishred carbide endmill is a combination of both roughing and finishing endmills in a single tool. Roughing endmills remove material from work pieces more quickly and proficiently than conventional endmills. However, roughing endmills leave grooves on the machined surface. In consequence, after using a roughing endmill, a finishing endmill needs to be used in order to obtain a even surface finish. Features of the Finishred Endmills:
