Securing That Marriage License

While you have the Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage, CENOMAR document and every other required documents, you could apply for marriage license at the local civil registry office (inside the city hall or municipal hall). Philippine administration guidelines require the affianced couple be present at the time of application. If it's only the woman who applies, it will be denied.

Philippines marriage license usually takes around 11 days to be issued AFTER personally applying. While waiting for the document to arrive, you will be required required to attend a marriage preparation class (again required by the Philippine authorities).

When you have your marriage license, you can get married at anyplace in the Philippines.
